What To Expect When You Join The IRTEAM:

It's our mission to provide employees with competitive compensation opportunities. Depending on your position, our compensation packages typically include base salary, bonus opportunities, commissions, and stock awards. Aside from promotions, every employee's performance and salary is reviewed annually with the potential for salary increases each year.

We award stock to all of our employees. Awarding stock aligns an employee’s personal financial interests with the financial interests of the company. Currently, employees receive stock awards within their first year of employment. After the initial stock award, employees are eligible for additional stock awards the longer they remain employed. In addition, we pay cash dividends on vested stock which is a percent of the company’s revenue back to our employees.
Eligible employees accrue Paid Time Off (“PTO”). Our PTO policy awards employees with paid days off for rest, relaxation, or for whatever time away from work needs they may have. We offer a generous number of PTO days which begin accruing the first of the month after start date. After 2 years of employment, we offer additional PTO. Because we want to offer flexibility, we allow up to 40 PTO hours to be carried over from year to year.
Saving for retirement is important and IRT wants to help. We will match an employee’s contribution by 100%, up to 4% of salary. In addition, the match we provide is fully vested immediately.
We recognize ten paid holidays each year. For certain holidays, we may close our offices early the day prior so our employees can get an early start to the holiday: New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Day, Presidents Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Juneteenth (floating holiday), Thanksgiving, Friday following Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day.
We pride ourselves in offering top shelf benefit packages at an extremely reasonable cost. Eligible employees can participate in healthcare plans beginning the first of the month following 30 days of employment. Since not one family or individuals healthcare needs are the same, we offer 4 different Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO medical/vision coverage options at 4 different employee price points. We also offer 2 different Dental Plans depending on your individual or family needs. Our plans are designed to offer the very best medical, vision, dental, and prescription coverages at the very best cost to our employees. (TCR & MRF)
